Clever Cocktail Ideas

As you probably know, some of the cocktails we drink (margaritas, mojitos, long islands, etc) are really pretty terrible for us - high in calories and sugar - bad news. Here’s a healther alternative if it’s just one of those days and you needa drink.

Pour a shot of your favorite flavored vodka (mine is Three Olives Pomegranate or Grape), add some club soda, a splash of lime and you’ll be in alcohol heaven.

Or here’s the recipe for a (healthier) Pomegranate Mojito:

  • 1 or 2 shot(s) of pomegranate vodka
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1/2 a lime
  • 2 Splendas
  • splash of club soda

Muddle mint leaves and lime in a tall cocktail glass. Add Splendas and fill glass with ice. Add vodka and soda. Garnish with mint sprig and lime. YUMMY!
