I know everyone is a little sick of all the snow posts (myself included), but these pictures are being posted per my mother’s request. Looking Cute in the Rain

DC has been cold, rainy and dreary these last few days. Now, I love this weather on a weekend day when I can snuggle up and watch movies, but on days when I have to bustle around to work and other functions, I despise it. I always look so disheveled trying to sloppily maneuver my umbrella and so boringly-dressed in my dull black North Face jacket. I’m inspired to start looking cute in the rain!!! Add some color to the gray day! I found this set on Polyvore (which is a great site, by the way) and think these ensembles are fun.

Which is your favorite?

The weather today is quite poopy, but I’m still in a very happy mood. Can’t really pinpoint exactly why, but I do know that I love my boyfriend, friends and family and my comfy bed and working from home and my nail polish and the smell of my candle and the OS 3.0 upgrade and my new shoes, my perfume, etc.

So if you’re smiling, I like you too.
